Scanfill is a Swedish family-owned company that produces plastic foil for packaging. We offer a broad product range with materials in PP, PET, and PS, divided into two series: Scanfoil, based on the primary polymers PP, PET, or PS, and Scanfill Foil, where half of the material consists of reinforcing minerals. Our products are available as high-quality virgin material or recycled raw material.

New: Prevented Ocean Plastic™ rPET
The latest addition to our product range is the certified recycled material Prevented Ocean Plastic™ (POP), an rPET made from bottles collected from coastal areas around the world.
“The demand for recycled materials is growing, and we see great value in offering high-quality recycled materials. POP both performs and looks as good as our virgin-based PET, while also contributing to reducing pollution in the coastal areas where it’s collected,” says Area Sales Manager Niklas Linde.
Specialized material selection for your packaging
At Scanfill, we work closely with our sister companies Polykemi and Rondo Plast, which manufacture plastic compounds from high-quality virgin and recycled raw materials. This collaboration provides us with valuable expertise, particularly in color matching, technical consulting, and material evaluation.
“Since the beginning more than 15 years ago, our focus has been on helping our customers find the right plastic for their specific needs. We consider function, appearance, and environmental impact, and work closely with our customers to ensure that we find the right plastic for the product in question — whether the material is virgin or recycled,” says Niklas Linde.
Produced in Sweden for a Global Market
The stability of a larger group combined with the flexibility of being a family-owned company allows us great freedom in offering customized solutions, both in terms of materials and collaboration methods. All our production takes place in Ystad, on Sweden’s south coast, which provides advantageous delivery routes to both the Swedish and European markets. For partners in the Nordic region, this also means opportunities for site visits and reduced transport emissions.
